It is a great all rounder, 145mm travel, 12 x 142 rear axle, tapered headtube, adjustable all mountain geometry. Designed by the legendary Dave Weagle (responsible for the infamous DW link) and using the Split Pivot system it rides uphill like a hardtail and descends very well. It is stiff frame which tracks very well and utilises its travel sensibly. The frame is in great condition, no dings, dents, major scratches at all. It was looked after very well by the previous owner and likewise by me. It has had the entire down tube and BB protected with frame protection as well parts of the chainstays and seat tubes to minimise damage from chainslap. The upper and lower shock bushes have been replaced with quality BETD bushes so should not need replacing for a while. The bearings were replaced by the previous owner. The Fox RP23 Boost valve shock fitted could do with a service as the Pro Pedal lever does not have a firm closing action in all Pro Pedal settings. The shock works fine, holds air pressure and makes no squelching noises. The frame climbs very well without pro pedal. I have not read a bad review of this frame, everyone seems to enjoy it and praise how it rides.
